The service was amazing Dennis was so great to myself and my family very fast service and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 Jaime was so helpful to my kids during breakfast time and shopping tips around the area. We will come back again.

Maria Roja did a fantastic job of cleaning my suite! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Shuttle driver was super great and Warren at the front desk was friendly and efficient at check in. I wish all my stays were at Home 2 Suites by Hilton!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay ! Our flight from NC arrived early morning so our room wasn’t ready, but Warren and Talise warmly welcomed us and allowed us to store our luggage and go to the great outdoor pool which was quiet, clean and super relaxing! Not long after - our room was ready and they surprised us with a free room upgrade to help celebrate this anniversary trip! Beautiful clean and comfy room! Later that day Brenden at the front desk was also great - friendly and made sure we were all set for our airport shuttle the next morning. Our shuttle driver was also super friendly and got all our luggage and ourselves to the airport - a nice relaxing ride! Overall the wonderful staff made this a great stay ! We definitely recommend this hotel when in Phoenix!

Clean hotel - very nice for next to the airport. Staff was all very friendly and helpful! Jaime does a fantastic job at breakfast and so appreciated it was ready early so I could catch a 6am to the airport. Esteban with the shuttle was prompt and got me to the airport in perfect time. I’ll definitely stay here again if needed.

The hotel is well located with a shuttle service to/from the airport - you have to phone them when you are out of the baggage claim. What they don't tell you is that they only operate one shuttle every hour, so... Would I stay at this hotel again - no. The lady at reception (Sade) was so unbothered about guests waiting to check in that she continued stacking paper cups at the coffee machine as though she was oblivious to the line waiting. When she finally decided to come to the desk, she checked me into a room which was completely not what I had requested, almost like she had a perverse wish to make guests unhappy on arrival. She knew perfect;y well what she was doing because she also said that the hotel was full, knowing I then could not ask for the room to be changed. When I checked online, there were plenty of rooms available at this hotel for that night. Had I not been so exhausted after the long flight and then the long wait for the shuttle I would have gone elsewhere. Would never recommend.
