The check in was little bit difficult as they forced me to install the app but still wasn't able to get the digital key. I had to go to the reception to collect the key.

Front desk folks were great. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast attendant was friendly and very quick to address anything which needed to be cleaned. Really cool vibe overall ...love the modern, fun, community center area with games and areas to visit. Loved the "coffee anytime" as well. Good job!

"Never staying there again."

The staff was very friendly and it was quiet.

The beds were terrible. Like a rock but with springs poking through. We were in town for a comedy show and they charged us a $300 deposit because we lived within 36 miles of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't good at all.

Perfect location to the Great Southern Bank Arena at the Missouri State University. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Convenient private parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No issues. Everything was great.
