"Overall I would stay here again. Met our family’s needs and a bit extra."

Walking distance to the Great Southern Bank arena where we were seeing a show. We were within walking distance to restaurants, convenience store etc. Felt like a safe area and hotel was very safe. The kids enjoyed the amenities: indoor pool, pool table/games and market with snacks. Everything was clean and inviting. Staff and customer service was exceptional.

Room is a bit small. Bed was a bit hard. Could use another pillow or two.

Clean, tell your custodial staff THEY ARE GREAT! I was a building manager for 15 years and was responsible for monthly Quality Control Reports on each of the custodial crews performance, and I Know what Clean is, and you have it!

simple breakfast, all the basics you would need. close to walking on the main downtown streets. Gas station at the corner of the street. large parking lot.

The hot water was not very hot, and I stayed for 3 days. And the bathroom door didn't close completely (because the door seemed expanded at the bottom). The toilet seat kept moving to one side when you sat on it. room 305

I liked the simplicity of the room as well as the late check out!

The bed was extremely hard, the "foot rest" in the shower was broken, AC unit was loud/rattly.
