Home2 Suites By Hilton Portland Hillsboro

I stay at Home2 Suite regularly. It is the best hotel for my needs in the Beaverton area. This time the air conditioner was not working, so my room was never cooler than 76 degrees. I didn't want to have to move rooms, so I didn't say anything until I checked out, but I do think they should check or test the AC units periodically so guests aren't the ones finding out.

Staff was helpful, friendly and not obtrusive.The lobby is bright, modern and open. Like the lobby, the patio out front offered lots of varied seating and a firepit. My room was a standard king suite. It was equipped with a full kitchen, including dw, full sized refrigerator/freezer, complete dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans. There was a large dining table stowed under the counter! I liked checking in and out via the Hilton app. I was able to control room temp via the tv remote. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Excellent Coffee/tea and fruit water were available at all times. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of choices.

Nothing I can think of. Very well appointed hotel.

Convenient, clean, new, good value, comfortable. Would stay there again. It would be nice to have a few more food options for sale after hours.

Great location, tons of nearby food options. Rooms are huge, nicely furnished. Only complaint is that it’s a busy hotel, can be a little loud.

It was such a nice neighborhood and a lot of things close by like shopping eatery and coffee

We come to town every year for a soccer tournament, and this was our first time staying here—now it’s the only place we’ll stay from now on! The hotel had plenty of space for our entire family and our dog, and everything was clean and comfortable. Lucas at the front desk was amazing—accommodating, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nicole at the front desk couldn't have been nicer!

Nicole was very informative and professional. She explained everything clearly and was incredibly nice. It was not overly long and was the perfect amount of time that informed us but also got us into our rooms quickly. Thank you
