"Lucas M for the WIN!"

EXCELLENT experience, mostly thanks to Lucas M! I truly feel the art of customer service is lost, but Lucas gave me hope that it can be revived. To start- he greeted us during the busy breakfast hour with a genuine smile and desire to welcome us. He was making sure the food didnโ€™t run out, the guests were greeted, and he was giving direction to staff in a kind and helpful manner. A true leader! During our stay, one of my children had an accident in the bed, and we needed new bedding and asked how we could launder the pajamas. While Lucas directed us to the guest laundry, we declined the suggestion as we did not want to spend our vacation doing laundry. Without hesitation, Lucas stepped up and took care of us! He was able to get the pajamas cleaned and the bedding changed promptly. He even took the extra effort to hang the clean pajamas in our room with care. He gave us the gift of time to enjoy the day, unburdened. We truly felt welcomed and cared for because of Lucas. It may have been just another day at work for him, but for us, we were there making memories and enjoying our time as a family. He made the trip to Portland feel stress-free and comfortable. Thank you, Lucas! You are a true gem.

"Excellent place to stay in Hillsboro Oregonl"

The property is wonderful! Itโ€™s very clean, quiet and well situated for shopping and dining. The staff were especially polite and friendly. Tennille checked us in and was excellent to say the least. After a long day of travel she was a breath of fresh air!

"Check in was easy with Tenniel at the helm. Made it quick and I was off to my room. Thx."

Clean and quiet place to stay for a night. Will come back when in the area. I did not want to leave the hotel so Tenniel recommended some local delivery shops. I was good to go.

"We would definitely select this property again."

The facility is very clean and the room was very nice. The young lady who checked us in, Nicole, was very friendly and suggested restaurants. Nicole is outgoing and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious.

The lobby was very cool. We played cards in the lobby because there was not enough room in our room to play.
