"A miserable trend continues...."

What should have been a nice experience finished up miserably. I got up the next morning and prepared for my shower. A big sigh as I noticed the pump bottles, no bar soap or mini shampoo. Hoping that things have changed I climbed in, turned on the water, grabbed my wash cloth, and pumped the shower gel. Frustration was immediate. Followed by anger. No soap, no matter how many times I pumped the top. I got out and in checking out asking for the manager,'oh, he just left' was the response. I told the nice young lady I was upset and would like some relief on my bill to which she replied she can't do that but will pass it on to the manager upon his return. Yup, you guessed it, it has been a week and I have heard nothing. I am so tired of getting into a room only to find out there is nothing in the stupid pump bottles. I know why they switched from individual soaps to these communal soaps but there really is no excuse for this. So far this year 45 days on the road.
