"Wells is perhaps only a stopping place, but it was a wonderful surprise!"

It was new and clean! And the price was great too. We had been booked at another Hampton Inn but the power was out due to some accident, and rather than wait and see I made this reservation on line and an hour later we arrived. Staff was great. Hotel was beyond expectations because I thought it had only 2 stars, but it deserves more. Yes, it’s near a big truck stop, but the hotel was quiet and even the free breakfast was better than comparable hotels.

All of the above, clean, quiet, great breakfast, and we got in without any issues.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The place was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good and there were many good options. The room was clean and comfortable, and spacious!

Barn doors. I don't know why these are used as bathroom doors. Since I was traveling with my husband it was fine, but this would have been a very big problem had I been with anyone else. The barn door did not have a lock, and after being closed, it would slowly slide back open, leaving the bathroom exposed. We did mention this to the front desk when we checked out. They said they would have maintenance look at it. Again, not a problem for us, but it could be for the next guests. That was my only complaint during this stay.
