Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Lady on reception is so lovely and helpful and the rooms were also amazing. Close to old town but away from the hustle and bustle- they rented out bikes for free which you could use to get about if needed

"Good location however lack of English made communication difficult."

It was in a good location and the room was clean and organised.

There was a severe lack of English which made communication hard. The room was quite noisy and not having a lift made things tiring sometimes.

The staff are amazing here !! Right from the first moment we were offered advice on what we could do and then they booked everything when we had decided. All tours,laundry and airport transfers we could pay for at the end of our stay making it very easy! Breakfast was easy you choose from the menu the night before and choose a time and they organised it for you.

The pool is right in reception/kitchen. There is a wall so you cant see the pool when standing in reception.

Great hotel and lovely staff. Very clean rooms and we had stayed in the family rooms. The pick your own brekkie and drink was a nice inclusion for our stay. There is a pool but it’s closed during the middle of the day which I found a little weird being the hottest part of the day. Open hotel with no entry doors so there were quite a lot of mosquitoes going into our room. Staff are extremely friendly

Nhe runs a lovely friendly hotel with helpful local information to assist you in finding things to do. Excellent location close to old town and there are courtesy bikes to use.

Nothing to complain about, we had a lovely stay.
