Brother Villa Hoi An

It was a little out of the main area so quiet but still within walking distance. The staff were so helpful.

Our stay at brother villa was fantastic! It's a little bit outside of the main old town area, which was nice as there is much less noise and traffic around. To get to the main old town, it's about a 10-15 minute walk, but the walk is great going through the vibrant streets of hoi an and the old town. The hotel itself is great and cozy. Rooms are very clean and spacious with a pool. The best part of the stay though was the all-in-one receptionist Nhi. She was extremely helpful with planning our stay and giving recommendations. She was on top of everything and went above and beyond with helping us with anything we needed including setting up local tours and transportation. Take all of her advice in mind!

The staff are superb. Nih at reception is a gem of a person and we left calling her a life long friend. She went the extra mile for us everyday helping us book tours in Hue and Da nang. So calm and kind and clever, we will miss her! The family who owns and runs it are so kind and bent over backwards to make our 4 kids and 3-generations of our family welcome and comfortable. Super location. 5 minutes walk from old town and on a wonderful street with terrific cafes and restaurants shops and spas. Breakfasts were quality.

Vi boede på familie værelset, hvilket var fint til vores familie. Hotellet ligger lidt i kanten af byen, men med gåafstand til alt man har brug for. Pigen i receptionen var virkelig hjælpsom i forhold til hvad vi end havde af spørgsmål til oplevelser eller steder at spise. Hotellet havde cykler til gratis afbenyttelse - de kunne dog godt trænge til en fornyelse. Ellers alt i alt et virkelig fint ophold til pengene.

Fantastic stay. Nhi at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Location is great - easy walk to the Old Town yet in a quiet location. They book tours and transport for you and provide helpful recommendations. Free bike was great to explore the town and to go to the pottery village. Would highly recommend.

Bathroom shower didn't drain well. We paid extra for balcony, I wouldn't do that again. I would just get the basic room.

Nhi and every staff we interacted with were all very welcoming, polite, and attentive.
