They didn’t clean my room on one of the mornings. I had to ask for someone to come and clean twice, and when she finally did come, she didn’t do a good job. I contacted the hotel about the shuttle service from the airport. I got a response from Steffi (at 6am), who said it would be possible, told me the cost, and asked me to let them know if I wanted the transfer. I responded to that message (at 4pm) saying I wanted a transfer, stated my arrival time, as well as the flight number. I didn't receive a response from Steffi or anyone else at the hotel, and as a result I had to make an alternative arrangement to get the hotel. They could have done better in this respect. If it were no longer possible, the best thing to do would have been to say so instead of not responding.
