AUThe room had a decent size, the bathroom was spacious, the bed was super super comfy!! I loved the smell of the toileteries. The breakfast had a great selection, and the restaurant service for dinner was fast and the food was delicious.
The staff at the reception is nice and friendly but super slow. Unless there is no guess there, you end up waiting for at least 10min. Other than that, it's a great place, highly recommend.

ZAVery central and modern. I couldn’t check in for the reserved date thus, I lost a day of which I was reliable to pay for the night. But thankfully the team accommodated me for the next night. Really grateful for the lady that assisted me and family.
They declined my first waiver and didn’t provide an option until I suggested my booking to be moved to the next date…

A mail sent to Theresa the shift manager Hi Theresa As discussed during our check out yesterday. I would like to emphasize our deep disappointment from our stay and our expectation for refund. We selected Hilton brand because of it highest standards. We arrive after 2 camping nights and 5.5 hours drive from damaraland. We could only think of hot shower and decent dinner. As there were no towels in the room we delayed our shower and dinner in a hour. When coming back from the dinner and wanted to sleep we found out there is a missing blanket.
