The staff Thuy was very friendly and helpful. She let us checkin very early since we reached super early in the morning from sapa by bus. The roomand bathroom was clean

We booked a room with bath, as we both wanted a hot water soak after long travels. But the water in bath tub was not hot. That was a big disappointment. There were broken plug points, lights that dint work. Swimming pool was dirty.

The room was really nice

I liked most the two ladies who was working in there one in the kitchen and one in reception. They was really kind and nice was taken care of us telling us about good spots where to visit love it, thank you so much

C est tout simplement le meilleur matelas que vous trouverez dans un dortoir au Vietnam.C est spacieux et hyper propre.C est un peu plus chère que le prix d un dortoir classique mais vous avez le petit déjeuner gratuit.

The receptionist lady was not welcoming. the floor of the breakfast area was very dirty when we went in the morning, probably residual from a party the evening before not cleaned at all.

Everything was amazing. We were here in the middle of a typhoon and even though we had a black out the owners could not have done enough for us. A truly amazing experience.
