I stay in the dorm. The queen bed it’s so comfortable!! And the breakfast delicious! Many variety including smoothies

Need to pay for bike when is far away, but still worth the price and confort

"FALSE Advertisement"

The room was advertised as a room with LAKE view and GARDEN view. In actual fact, the room was a tiny room with NO windows and poor air circulation because of lack of any windows to the outside. There was a washing machine and a very LOUD air-conditioner running through out the night which you can hear very clearly in the room which makes it difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, the electrical wirings in the room is FAULTY so that every time the air-conditioner pauses, a light on the ceiling would flicker on for a second which makes it near impossible to sleep. If you didn't make the connection you would also think the room is HAUNTED. The staff lady also made it clear they would NOT cancel the rest of your bookings unless Bookings.com allow them to because of the associated fees charged when you only want to cancel due to misleading advertisements and the fact that the room is NOT tolerable to you.

The room was big, clean, and with no issues at all. We liked the location which is pretty close to the center of Tam Coc but quite area. The staff helped us with transfer booking, great laundry, and offered help in everything we needed.

Not a lot of options for breakfast, and we didn't really enjoy it.
