真栄里ビーチまで徒歩5分程の絶好のロケーションです。また、キッチンが付帯しているので、石垣島産の食材を購入し調理が出来ます。 のんびりと島時間で過ごせる方には、とても良い環境が揃っていると思います。 但し、キッチン用品のレンタルが1,000円/1日。レンタサイクルも500円/1時間（計3時間まで）掛かります。 近くにCHURACHARI（レンタサイクル）のポートがあり、100円ショップのDAISOでキッチン用品も買い揃えることが出来るので、不自由さは感じませんでした。

施設も部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 ですが、エアコンとTVのリモコンの電池が足りなくて不便でした。 あと、夜に突然30分ほど停電があったのですが、説明が欲しかった。。。

部屋は清潔感があり滞在に必要な物品は揃っていました。裏口からコンチネンタルホテルに散歩できることと、そこから港や空港ヘバスがあり便利です。次回も利用させてもらいたいです。
