The property itself is very nice with a lot of amenities, including a washing machine in the room and a communal dryer guests could use. The staff working there was kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the property is very near another hotel, which a city bus stops at regularly, so it was very convenient to catch the bus from the nearby location. A very beautiful beach is also very accessible from the property with the water even being visible from the balcony. There is only staff there certain hours, so at checkout we were responsible for dropping our key in a box. The receptionist told us that would be the case, but merely pointed in the direction of the box without showing us where it was specifically, so we had a small bit of panic the day we checked out, being unsure where to drop the key. It wasn’t a big deal, but I would advise you to check where it is before it comes down to crunch time. The biggest drawback for us was that, although they have a very nice kitchenette in the room, if you want to use any utensils or pans it costs ¥1000 PER DAY. This seems unreasonably high to me. I would gladly have rented a set for ¥1000 for our STAY, but ¥1000 every single day was too much in my opinion.

施設自体は凄く良い。駐車料金を取られるし繁華街までのタクシー代もかかるのがマイナスです。 要するに立地はイマイチでした。

とても清潔で良かったです。洗濯機やレンジ等の家電もあり凄い良かったと思います。

キンジョーさんは他の島で経験済み。この地で駐車場1000円は高い。私は海側でない方の部屋。ありんこ発生約２０匹。他の部屋は長期滞在者が多いよう。交通量が多いので、窓は開けられない。湯船が大きくて良い。ベッドマットと枕も好み。2階にある乾燥機は22時まで。

格安でしたがとても満足

とても清潔で快適でした石垣島市内からは車で5分ぐらいですが、車があれば楽に受けるからいい。洗濯機と浴室乾燥も出来るので、濡れた水着などの洗濯には大変便利でした。

部屋にキッチン、洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があり長期間滞在するのに便利であった。また、徒歩圏内に遊泳可能なビーチ、スーパーやダイソー等のショップ、マクドナルド・大戸屋等の飲食店がある事も良かった。 不満点としてはエレベーターの匂いがカビ臭かった事、真上の部屋の音（椅子をズラす音？）がハッキリと聞こえた事。
