B&B Casa Carola

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, and it was a quick walk from the rail station. Gabriele made everything easy and convenient, and checked in to be sure we were comfortable. It was nice to grab a quick breakfast from the kitchen before catching an early train. Highly recommended and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The location is great, within the walking distance to the main attractions (via Etnea). The apartment is located in a typical house, with high ceilings. The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. It is equipped with all necessary things. At night you can have really dark in the room which is comfortable for sleeping. It is a good place if you are looking for some woking space as well as to spend you vacation days. The host, Gabrielle, was superb. He provided me with all necessary and detailed information so that I could check in automatically and check out as well. The system was very easy and simple. He asked regularly if everything was ok, so you could feel really taken care of during your stay. The kitchen is also well equipped, coffee machine, microwave etc. The breakfast is a typical Sicilian/Italian one - rather sweet options - toast, jam, croissant, cookies, a wide variety of tea and coffee and joghurts. There was also no problem to store some food in the fridge.

Catania is quite a noisy city in general, so if it disturbs you, it is a good idea to bring earplugs with you. They do the job! My room was oriented to a side street, so it was ok.

Perfect place for our vacation in Catania. Gabriele was a wonderful host. Super nice and responsive. He was available at all time. The apartment was nicely decorated, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The private balcony was an extra for the morning cappuccino. The center of Catania is a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a beautiful apartment in Catania. Thanks for everything Gabriele!

Room beautifully decorated. The host was very communicative, would most definaltely stay again if I were in the area.

In the nice kitchen there was everything needed for breakfast. I mostly had my breakfast (coffee and a cigarette) on the adjacent cosy terras, also great for drinking a good glass of whine or a beer in the evening. Location of the B&B is great, on walking distance from everywhere you need or want to go. Owner Gabriele cleaned up my room and bathroom everyday. With a smile.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our long Sicily road trip and we booked this with the plans of staying in and winding down and it delivered! The check in process is confusing and had way to many instructions and there is no physical person on site but once we got in we were very pleased! The room was huge! The bathroom was the size of some rooms we stayed in and the jetted tub was a nice feature. The bed was a king size and very comfortable but the real gem to this room was the full private terrace we got with an outdoor dining area and nice furniture to lounge around in and relax from a long trip. I wish I could comment more on what is around the area but we got food to go and never left the room until check out. There is a grocery store across the street and we were able to find street parking right outside the building. We will defiantly stay here again but for a more extended stay next time.
