Bay Towers

Nice hotel nice staff nice staff. Should offer golf card transportation on island with stay.

It was clean, quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of comfy beach seats and a beautiful dock to hang around on. And no Sargassum!

Not really a complaint but the beach bar wasn't open the days we were there, would have been even better if it had been. Maybe because we came at the end of tourist season.

We really enjoyed the suite & hospitality at Bay Towers. Arielle, George & Maria were helpful & friendly. Awesome sunset views from the roof & patio! Good towels, sheets, bed & spacious suites. We loved our time with island dog Bella. She is a sweet Shepherd who was abandoned by her owner. She loved the attention & food we gave her. Pay it forward if you stay here--dog food most appreciated! This is a quiet property just a little walk away from the Split ferry that takes you to the noisy South Island. Relax in one of the hammocks & have a Belikan beer from the bar. You won't be sorry!

Close to the Split between both Caulker Cayes - very calm side (north) and convenient to the action on the Southside. Nice swimming pool. Good staff - although we lost hot water and AC for a day.

The recommended snorkeling outing was a dud. Saw zero colorful fish while snorkeling (was dropped far away from the big reef). No drinking water was brought along by our captain, as promised; the fruit was not very good, either. The main features of the excursion weren't very impressive: manatees and sea horses were mostly non-existent for viewing and observation.The kayaks at the property were not very comfortable and there was no real swimming beach as the shallows were sink pits from mangrove tree roots.

The room was beautiful and large. The view was great and therr was access to the rooftop for a 360 degree view.

Beautiful place! Super clean, very friendly staff, pool was very nice. Cannot walk into a "beach" but you can jump off the dock. We will be back soon!

We super appreciated the quick, friendly service and communication from the property managers. I was able to talk with them via Expedia, working out taxi rides and the pickup from the airport long before we stepped foot at the resort. Thank you.

Very nice accommodation. The place is not overly crowded and very quiet. It has a fantastic sunset view from the dock side and up on the rooftop; wouldn't trade this with other resorts nearby. The seaside on this side is also much cleaner. Reach out to Northside Ferry for pick up/drop off right at this place' dock and at the Caye Caulker's dock. A few suggestions: provide a knife sharpener and a small pot would be good; bikes could use some upgrades; add another lower tier dock level facing the sea for easy getting into the water taxi and getting into the sea for a swim/snorkel.
