Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Location very convenient next to St Davis station. Heating was on and room was clean.

"Great place for easy get away"

The location was amazing close to train station and also close to city and quay. The staff was really nice they helped us with early checking and also provided us the comfort during our stay. Staff was really kind and helpful

"Great for a 1 night stay before train journey to London."

Great check in experience, shown up to the room, shown where breakfast is served. Clean room, radiator was on and warmed the room up quickly. Able to come and go as you like. Ideal location for the train station and town centre.

Breakfast selection was ok but would have liked a better selection of jams, maybe some pastries and different juices. I asked for just toast from the cooked option (I don't have cooked breakfast normally) and the host made a joke about testing the new server with something more difficult, in that she missed me asking for white toast but I got wholemeal instead. Please also be aware that there are no locks on the inside of the room doors and your room key also opens the front door so I assume it opens all rooms? Headboard was also very loose and squeaked every time I moved.

"Fab little hotel"

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming especially at breakfast. They made a big fuss of the dog and looked after us all very well.

Through no fault of the hotel it was a noisy night with works occurring on the railway. Our room was at the rear of the hotel so probably more noticeable.

Everything was perfect for me at the Telstar Hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and I could have asked for no improvement to the facilities and service. The hotel is perfectly placed 5 minutes' walk from St David's Station in one direction and the centre of the city with the Cathedral and shops in the other. A great stay and I recommend it highly.

Beautifully presented place with lots of character and excellent location for exploring.

The shower wasn’t powerful but that was to stop using too much water I think.
