Close to Exeter and the uni, for visiting. Comfortable and lovely breakfast.

We got the wrong room on arrival but it was quickly changed for us. Otherwise nothing.

Warm welcome to a traditional small hotel, well placed for Exeter town centre and St David's Station.

Great location, staff good as was the breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, I had a room with two single beds on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, being late March no one was using this but it would affect privacy during the summer. The room would be tight for two and the bathroom was very small.

The property was conveniently located next to the train station.

The breakfast was lukewarm. My bed was not turned over for the next day’s stay. I did not receive new towels. Overall, my room was on the stale side when I entered - the chaise lounge smelt of a musty odour and the cushions on the bed smelt too. The shower was appalling.
