Great location. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

It was very busy at breakfast and there didn't seem to be an order to the tables so we had to wait but staff were very helpful.

The hotel is a perfect location near the University of Exeter. We arrived late and the staff was very kind to greet us. The rooms were super nice and accommodated my adult son and I with two separate beds. The breakfast was great - a full English breakfast, coffee etc. Will definitely stay here again if we come to that part of England!

We visited in winter and the room was a bit cooler than expected. We were offered another room than prepared, and that was the reason for the cooler room temperature. So kind of on us :-).

Lovely family room with 2 bedrooms that was also dog friendly. Great view out over the valley with Exeter St Davids station and the river Exe below. We even had a small courtyard for us to sit out as the weather was beautiful. The beds were comfy and there was ground coffee, caffetiere and tea provided.

The shower tray filled up quite quicly so to prevent flooding the bathroom our showers had to be <5mins long.

The refilled water bottle smelt of mould and when people walked along the landing in the morning it sounded like they were in our room
