Il n’y a pas de douche, mais une baignoire. Les terrasses ont vue sur le Carlton…. Pas terrible

Я несколько раз обращалась в отель через обратную форму связи для предоставления счета за проживание, но мои просьбы не были удовлетворены. Счет так и не получен на электронную почту.

Läget, mycket välstädat, professionell personal som gjorde allt och det lilla extra (ett särskilt tack till kvinnan i receptionen som ordnade mycket tidig incheckning och som var exceptionellt service-minded), god frukost, perfekt bäddning och en fräsch doft i hela hotellet. Sköna kuddar på solsängarna. Croisette beach club var uppskattad och personalen var jättebra även här, särskilt Andrea. Gullig trädgård med frodiga växtlighet på innergården med både sol och skugga.

Poolområdet var inte så avskilt utan man var precis framför trädgårdsterassen där folk åt och ett stort fönster från receptionen vette rakt mot det annars lagom lilla området med solsängar. Drinkarna och champagnen vid poolen var små jämfört med de vi fick på hotellets beach club. Balkongen var stor och vi hade gärna haft fåtöljer eller en soffgrupp där, nu var det 2 små stolar bara vilket också fungerade men vi hade spenderat mer tid där om det funnits mer möblering.

Everything was wonderful

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops in Cannes. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, which made the overall experience even more comfortable. We especially enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The service was quick, and the breakfast was always fresh and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained during our stay. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the Nespresso machine was a nice addition. Having YouTube available on the TV was also convenient. The bathroom amenities were good quality, and the Clarins products were a nice touch. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The combination of a great location, comfortable room, cleanliness, and friendly service made for an enjoyable visit to Cannes. We would gladly stay here again.
