DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!! THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY, THEY SERVE MOULDY FOOD, THE WHOLE PLACE IS FALLING APART. THE CLEANERS DONT KNOCK SO A MAN DECIDED IT WAS OK TO JUST LET HIMSELF INTO MY ROOM (I WAS NAKED AT THE TIME) HE SAW ME COMPLETELY UNDRESSED AND THEN LAUGHED AT ME. I ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS AND AS SOON AS THEY OPENED THE DOOR, THE FLOOR WAS FILTHY. I ASKED THEM TO CLEAN A NEW ROOM FOR ME, WE WENT TO IT AND IT WAS STILL FILTHY AND HAD ANTS ALL OVER THE WHOLE APARTMENT. TV FALLING OFF THE WALL, RADIATOR HELD UP BY BRICKS, FLOOR WAS SPONGY AND NOT HARD, STAFF HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE AND I GOT SHOUTED AT FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DISGUSTING ROOMS! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT

The place is wonderful and very beautiful, it deserves to be visited again. The rooms are clean and the furniture is excellent. The service of their staff is excellent. The reservation was for one day, but the place forced me to extend the period and I enjoyed the facilities.
