Breakfast was okay but had to pay extra as this wasn’t included in the booking.

I had the hotel reserved from January but was only notified 1 week before my stay that the hotel was now a helal hotel and the use of the pool would only permitted to those wearing a burkini or a half burkini. This wasn’t ideal as I have two children who I would have liked to use the pool with. I was only offered a cancellation which meant I would have to find a hotel to accommodate children as such short notice would have been impossible and far too expensive. I had also requested a cot for my two year old but was not provided this in gen room.

The breakfast served was descent. It included all the type of foods my family and I had expected. For me, the demlik tea was the king of the breakfast buffet 👍. The place is very family friendly, clean, and quiet. It's a nice place to relax and enjoy for someone who just wants to relax and stay away from city hustle and bustle. We were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment/ suite with a nice view and wheelchair accessible, and the suites exceeded our expectations.

The location is about 200 minutes drive from downtown, and it's very time consuming and costy to plan going to other places in Yalova via taxis. Next time, I would bring a rental car to have the flexibility to move whenever I need and go wherever I want without relying on the hotel shuttle or taxis.

Staff was kind

No blankets AC only in master bedroom and living room. 2 further rooms has no air con. The images on booking.com are very misleading, the pool is tiny and gets really busy, the breakfast area is over subscribed and no continental menu, mostly catering locals and Arabs, so forget about a croissant or cereal. Over priced for £700 ish for 3 nights, 2 star ambience. Staff were kind and friendly. Location not great.

Nothing, awful, disgusting, dirty and unhygienic.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. It is located in the middle of no where, literally the forest with no access to public transport or any local shops. There are yellow taxi services but they cost a fortune to go anywhere. Our rooms was disgusting, initially they placed us in the basement floor and the smell of damp and fungus made it unbearable. In addition to the smell of chlorine due to being next to the indoor pool. The rooms were dirty, unhygienic, falling apart, no proper bedding for 2 people. The staff were very rude and unhelpful when we raised concerns about our rooms and requested a change. They refused outright first until we had to get the manager involved. Eventually they changed our room after first night which was an improvement from basement but still awful. Initially we booked due to having a pool however then few days before we arrived told us it changed to helal hotel and pool was closed to women. People were using the pool with normal clothing which made it unhygienic and dirty. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and do not recommend to anyone!! Please stay away. Also my aunty fell over in their grounds and hurt her arm due to unstable paving.

Staff were trying to help but were not accommodating. Rooms were not super clean. There were stains all over the room that had not been cleaned. Location is awful, in the middle of no where with no access to public transport etc. Taxi is available but costs a fortune to get into town as its so far out. We booked months ago and before our arrival the hotel changed its policy to he ‘helal’ meaning women could not go into the pool. The pool was filthy as people were going in with clothes. Hotel needs a bloody makeover. Oh and how can i forget, my auntie who was also at the hotel tripped very badly over a damaged/broken walkway pavement to their room.
