Un po' di confusione all'ingresso

Accoglienza in albergo e inquietante. Il ricevimento si svolge in un ingresso disordinato,sporco e caotico con accumulo di oggetti che non c'entrano nulla con un ingresso di un albergo. Il sig.re che ci ha ricevuto aveva un importante barriera linguistica(parlava solo ungherese) ,era molto informale, non ci ha trasmesso sicurezza e le informazioni chiare che un gestore di un albergo deve fornire al cliente al momento del check-in. La camera era minimale, con arredamento datato ma abbastanza pulita in linia con il prezzo economico pagato.

We had a horrible time. When we arrived we were welcomed with a cluttered, dirty reception. The room had dirty towels on the beds and everything smelled stale. The hallway smelled of sulphur. The boiler hanging loosely above the small tub was a safety hazard. The photos on the Booking app of the hotel are a lie. The rooms look awful IRL. Worst of all - the room had BED BUGS. We found five of them on the bed, one of them was full of blood. My friend had bites from the bed bugs on her leg later on. Also for context, we are two young women in our 20s - the host acted inappropriate with us, insinuating we should 'have fun' with his friend, forced us to take photos with him and his friend in our costumes that we had prepared for an upcoming event, and we tried our best to refuse but caved in since we were tired from everything. That was the tipping point and we left two days early booking the earliest bus home. Additionally this place is a horrible choice for non Hungarian travellers, nobody speaks any language other than Hungarian there, which was annoying since we both know global languages such as English, German and Chinese (and Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian natively) so it's not like the problem is with us. Communication was tedious especially when we were freaking out over the whole bed bug matter. Awful experience. This hotel made us not want to come to Budapest, or Hungary ever again.

Dirty, smelly… the worst place I ever stayed 💩

It's like a dungeon. It is scary,dusty , dirty and not suitable for humans to stay in.
