We strongly advise against staying at this hotel, which left my friend and me with a very bad experience. Two 22-year-old girls passing through Budapest. First of all, we arrived at a place that was dirty and very disorganized. While the lack of cleanliness was obvious at the reception and in the room—which hadn’t been cleaned in a long time judging by the dust and grease on the shelves, the condition of the bathroom, and the absence of sheets on the beds—that was just the beginning of our problems. The host initially seemed welcoming, but the first unpleasant surprise came when we were asked to leave cash as a deposit for the gate key. This was not mentioned in the Booking description. We found ourselves in an awkward situation, without any cash. But the worst part came with the inappropriate sexual remarks and gestures that followed. The host kept making crude references to our sexuality, for example with vulgar comments and gestures related to oral sex, as well as about our relationships with men, suggesting we probably had cash because, as women, we could get favors from men. After showing us our room, he showed us another one, pointing out that it had a double bed that could easily accommodate a third male person. He also joked about his experience due to his advanced age... In short, it was a nightmare, accompanied by inappropriate looks and gestures that made us extremely uncomfortable (he openly stared at our butts as he passed behind us in the stairwell, pulled on my shorts, pinched my thigh, put his hand on our shoulders and hands, and mimed spanking). After finally settling in our room and refusing his invitations to drink and dance with him, we decided to leave for our safety. Furthermore, there were numerous cameras installed in the hallways and entrances, making us worried there might even be some in the rooms.

🕷😱EVERYTHING🪲BUYER BEWARE!😱Im an open minded person and never really complain much but I chose this place due to location not price, as we have a property project close by so don't be fooled by the price as there are many places better standard within the same price range. Before booking this place. Ask your self why there are limited picks of the rooms? Just 1.. We booked for 3 nights and the night we arrived late and checked in at the run down lobby, where clearly was the no longer running bar/restaurant. The owner an old man still running a hotel business in such a state is SHAMEFUL. Time to stop flogging a dead horse 🐴 The whole place was DIRTY & FILTHY our upgraded room which i paid extra for was SMELLY and half broken aircon with a TV that was from the 70s not that I have any issue with classic decor. This place was no way classic but run down with no consideration to HEALTH STANDARDS. After check-in and entering the room, had to ask the owner to turn on the half broken aircon for which he had 1 remote that controls all the rooms 😨 moments later we had a wasp 🐝 in the room, but that's ok its nature doing its thing, no biggy.. Then I spotted a STINK BUG 🪲crawling on my partners hair, which I reacted by killing it.. Bear in mind that we have not yet unpacked or taken anything out of our bag's. Then I thought I would lay out the white bed sheets so I can spot anything abnormal and indeed we did, BED BUGs 🪳 The rest is history, picks to prove it. We got our bag's and headed for the exit as no way we could contemplate staying. On our way out we were confronted by the owner. We explained the situation, he was not at all surprised even asking the size, tried to offer another room which we refused even though it was gone 02:00am. Bearing in mind my partner is Hungarian, who did all the talking during this whole experience. We left and called Booking.
