The Salthouse Hotel

The room was beautiful and very clean.

Honestly nothing everything was beautiful from the reception staff to everyone else who came after.

Excellent location. Good parking.

Room was very warm even with window open.

Hotel was located near plenty of things that we wanted to see, very clean, hotel services were excellent

The room was nice and we had nice staff greet us at the restaurant and bar.

The spa, currently would not rate it as a spa. The outdoor hot tub was grimey and dirty. We paid an extra £20 each to use the spa as it’s not included in your stay and for its current size and facilities it should be included. I would expect it to be at least clean but the dirt came off the hot tub when touch with our fingers so I did not use it. Awaiting staff to ring me about the spa as the receptionist said she did not have authority to do anything about the complaints upon check out. No call for 5 days now.

Fantastic location, great room, really friendly and knowledgeable staff, food was very good

We couldn't charge are evening meal to our room, only a small thing, but a bit strange

Staff were amazing,location was outstanding, food and rooms were exceptional

Considering the price of the stay I feel that the use of the spa should be complementary and not an additional charge

The room, views, bar, food and staff were all fantastic. The staff were exceptional from the reception to the bar to the restaurant.

I understand that the spa area is under renovation but for the use of 1 hot tub and 1 sauna for £20 per person was in my opinion expensive.
