Casa com Historia

Ofereceram-nos o pequeno-almoço e a cama era super confortável - daquelas que não acorda a mulher mesmo quando damos dois mortais do outro lado às três da manhã porque ainda não conseguimos dormir. A vista era boa, uma vez que ficámos no último andar. Tínhamos o centro histórico num primeiro plano, planícies e montes mais lá ao fundo. De resto, cumpriu as expectativas. Limpo, acolhedor, bem decorado e localizado numa zona tranquila. Foi uma boa escolha!

Ótima localização, pessoas simpáticas no atendimento e um excelente pequeno almoço. Com certeza voltaremos!

You could tell by some very nice small details that the owner/ staff care about giving a good service. Staff were excellent throughout the stay.

Nothing I can say I didn’t like.

Gostei imenso da zona, e sobretudo do staff. Amaveis, solícitos, e muito profissionais. Achei que faltavam algumas coisas na casa ( nao havia cafe por exemplo ) e o quarto era um pouco pequeno mas, para 1 noite serviu plenamente. Se ficasse mais dias, penso que um quarto maior seria melhor. No entanto, como faz parte do Hotel Pena D'Agua, tomamos o pequeno almoço no hotel. Simplesmente excepcional. Recomendo vivamente este hotel na Covilha. Fantastico a todos os niveis.

Breafkast was nice with a variety of choices. Location was great in the center of the old city, with nearby parking. Nice size rooms. Staff was really friendly. Moderately priced, though the cost of the dog (EUR 20 per night) was a bit steep in my opinion. All in all, I would stay again.

When we stayed, breakfast was at their sister hotel and there was no reception at the hotel itself. All the staff are based in the nearby hotel, which is nearby and you can always call them for assistance. It was a small inconvenience but not too bad. The toilet didn't have a bidet. Could also modernise the keys, they still used old fashioned ones, which are a pain if they are lost. Also no lift if you need to go upstairs, and the lighting in the room was too soft.

Great location, nice mansion, beautiful rooms, super-clean. Exceptional breakfast.

When we arrived, no one was at the property and we had to wait for 10 mins for the host to arrive. The phone number indicated on Booking.com was not working, no one picked up (the host gave us a different one). Our room was at the very top, I hit my head quite a number of times when walking from the bed to the door.
