"Poor facilities for a 4* hotel. Lack of friendly customer service didn’t help."

Beds were comfortable and large. Showers were good.

Gym facilities were beyond poor. Pool area not the cleanest either. Sea View was out of a small window in the bathroom obstructed by skyscrapers. Should not be sold as sea view. The room itself was quite small, the huge bed took up most of the space, the sheets were not big enough for the bed. Breakfast was very disappointing quality and the timing of 6:30am-9am was very early. There is no baggage storage area, just on the lobby floor. For a 4* hotel all of these facilities are lacking. We expected more for what we paid. Despite booking a late check out, and confirming the time the day before we were called and asked repeatedly when we were leaving and felt ushered out of our room. The staff after this were not friendly, did not ask how our stay was.

Номер чистый, большой. Прекрасные завтраки, большой выбор блюд. Персонал внимательный, парень на ресепшен очень заботливый. Красивый вид на город и с номера, и с зоны бассейна

Удобные кровати, у нас были номера с видом на море, ежедневно меняли полотенца. Хорошее месторасположение, хорошая звукоизоляция.

Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные. Номер небольшой, но для 1 человека прекрасно.

Хорошее расположение,буквально в 3х перекрестках и 3х минутах пешком от набережной.Всё рядом.Персонал приветливый,помогали по возникавшим вопросам.Завтрак не разнообразный,но перекусить хватит-стандартный для Вьетнама.Номер чистый,уборка ежедневная.Фото соответствуют,всё заявленное в описании в наличии.Соотношение цена-качество отличные.

Слышимость очень сильная,что с улицы(а в Азии на клаксон давят постоянно)-даже на 11м этаже было громко.Что из коридора.Соседей не слышали-может повезло)Спасали беруши.Ну это особенность строения.В целом отель понравился!

Все идеально: отличный завтрак! Супер местоположение! Чистота, безопасность, современный дизайн! Не хотелось покидать отель!!!
