"Very good hotel"

Everything was as expected. My apartment was located on 17th floor, with a view of the city and the ocean. AC worked well, big bed, big shower room, clean pool on the top of the building with a good view. Super nice staff, especially the cleaning team :) excellent location. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

L emplacement

La salle sport n est pas comme sur les photos et le mobilier de la piscine aussi. L ascenseur ne monte au dernier étage faut prendre l escalier.

"I booked 10 extra days, this place was like a dream so nice."

Ivy Hotel, absolute lovely experience! I arrived on my first day, and decided to book 10 extra days when i saw the impressive skyline view from huge windows in the beautiful room at the high floor. I realised i found a pearl for the best deal. The staff is so sweet, the owner Ivy as well, the rooms are mint condition clean daily. They have convenient rental scooters for a budget price. The location is the best around everything to walk. This place was like a dream so nice. Thank you.

"Horrible stay"

Very very small room, no service at all. Breakfast was really nothing! Dont know how this hotel can have 4 stars . For is never again.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và luôn vui vẻ hỗ trợ nhiệt tình . Khách sạn luôn cố gắng lắng nghe những góp ý của khách và cải thiện mình ở đây 2 lần và thấy có sự cải thiện khá rõ ràng

Mình lưu trú 2 lần và điều mình không thích nhất ở đây là nhân viên buồng phòng dọn dẹp rất ẩu lần lưu trú thứ 1 thì không thay khăn mới cho mình và mình cũng đã góp ý và tình trạng này đã cải thiện . Lần thứ 2 khi mình nhận phòng thì thìa pha cà phê không rửa bồn cầu không lau chùi sạch sẽ còn vết dơ bám xung quanh . RẤT GHÊ . MÁY LẠNH THÌ LÀM LẠNH CHẬM VÀ KHÔNG SÂU, TIVI KHÔNG KẾT NỐI MẠNG , NÊN THAY CÁC CÁI RÈM KÉO Ở TOLET BẰNG RÈM CUỐN KẾT HỢP DÁN MỜ

Un magnifique hôtel à deux pas de la plage, très propre et la chambre était spacieuse avec une vue dégagée sur la ville. Le personnel est très adorable et toujours au soins. On a passé un excellent séjour
