Hotel Portobelo Guatape

Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the water. It had a large sliding door. The room and bathroom had sufficient storage for all our clothes and toiletries. Staff are very helpful and professional. Kettle and tea and water were available in the lobby. The hotel is directly across from the Guatape malecon, near the bus station and restaurants. Hotel Portebello exceeded our expectations!

Very good central location with partial lake view. Spacious simple room with balcony. Didn’t have breakfast included and found great breakfast places nearby. Casa Salvaje cafe for coffee and waffles and fruit.

Very noisy but that comes with the location. surprisingly cool but the blanket was still too thick.

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones limpias, la ubicación excelente, con una vista hermosa desde el balcón

Estuvimos en hospedados en la habitación on ambiente colombiano, la cama demasiado incómoda, cualquier mínimo moviendo hacía una ruido, y el colchón tampoco era bueno, lo que dificultaba el descanso. También se sentía en la habitación un olor a gasolina constantemente o algún producto para fumigar, no sabíamos exactamente qué era.
