El personal es muy gentil, y siempre está dispuesto a solucionar todas las dudas. Siempre hay Café Caliente

No fue culpa del hotel, pero uno de los días, se sintió mucho ruido desde el exterior. El personal del hotel se puso la 10 y ayudó a solucionar la situación.

"This was an extremely underwhelming hotel."

There was a fan in the room

The hotel said online that they had safes in the rooms but there were none. Across the street is a bar on the reservoir that blasts music until 1am so I couldn’t sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and the room felt dirty and unclean. They just had booking.com call me and ask if I will take my review down. How about this I’ll remove this review if you give me a full refund. If not then no chance. This hotel is terrible. I’ve been to multiple countries and this hotel ranks as the worst I’ve ever been to.

Primera vez en este hotel, excelente atención y servicio. Muy limpio y cómodo. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca a todo (restaurante, terminal, iglesia, sitios de interés para turistas). Aunque está al frente de la vía, gracias al doble ventanal no molesta el ruido. Nos tocó ambientación Colombia. Lo recomiendo.
