"We did not stay."

Lobby locked upon check in. Desk person seamed inconvenienced that we were there and said they could not locate online booking. He said he could book a stay. By photo copying our credit card, which we declined because card had already been entered online. He said okay goodbye. We did NOT stay at the place and do not believe we should be charged.

Unwelcoming desk clerk. Unclean lobby. Difficulty cancelling.

Staff awesome, helpful, friendly. Discount for motel guest at Denny’s which is across parking lot. Room was very clean.

Too much outside light. Maybe blackout curtains would help keep light out of room so could sleep better. But cost probably is too high for this small motel.
