Someone walked in and woke me up, but I had locked the door, and I thought the chain was locked too.

At first I thought it was decent. I was happy that they wrote no deposit because I was only there 12 hours or less and slept the entire time. The manager was trying to make a big deal about our dog being there who is a certified service dog which we have proof of. When we said that shes certified and that we could show proof said "that's all you had to say". This was prior to me finding out they double charged my card. When I left I noticed I was charged 2 $100 charges I was there one night, it was written on my paper "no DP" and It's now been almost a month and they haven't responded to me. If I have to get my attorney involved I will but that will be a lawsuit at that point. I only wanted my overcharged money back.

That they overcharged me 100 didn't return my money or tell me what it's for... The paper said no deposit I was there briefly to sleep so zero damage. The dog is service animal so that is illegal if that is why they billed e but it can't be that because it was written that it would be 250 so not the 100 extra I was charged but they are ignoring me. I was so tired when I got there I forgot to mention she a SVC animal which I knew by law wouldn't matter cuz it's against the law to charge or not let her be there. Apologies for that but they are fraudulently keeping my money they charged me erroneously. Can u please look into this

The.beds were horrible. The bathroom door was falling off. The carpet looked and smelled like someone had urinated all over it. The toilet seat was falling off. The internet was really bad. I don't recommend anyone ever stay there.

I hated everything about it.

Address on website is wrong, ended up in Darington, I have a screen shot to show this issue, then who ever runs the place would not allow me to stay because I ended up being late to check-in.
