The room seemed pretty clean, it was quiet

The office wasnt open until 9am so we had to slide the key through the door when we were checking out. They took a photo copy of my drivers license and credit card and asked for names of other occupants of the room. The following day i got a notification that my apple account denied access to an unauthorized person trying to change my password. The entire thing seemed really sketchy

Rooms smelled like cigarettes

The beds do not look like the pictures it was a futon mattress on top of of box spring I could feel the support slates thru the so called mattress they didn’t ask how I was paying he asked for card to scan for deposit as I was signing a paper for room I seen him slide my card I was paying cash the I asked for refund on second night they messed up and charged me another $100 the finally refunded the $200 back and the room was not so clean

The staff was very polite

Close to freeway, close to Denny’s which was really expensive.

The location

The bed was absolutely awful saggy and lumpy, we had a very bright light shining in our window all night, it never got dark in the room, people were arguing outside my room off and on all night.
