This hotel is very dangerous for anyone who is staying there. The bath tub is slippery and no mat. Any elderly or individual can slip or fall and end up in the hospital. In addition, services are extremely slow for calling the taxi and sending up items. We already requested a number of items to be sent to our room online before we arrive. It was NOT done and we asked the receptionist “How long it would take?” He said “ it takes a couple of hours.” Last but not least they turned off the air conditioning in the winter and we had to open the windows for cool air. However, it’s extremely noisy as there were people below or next to the hotel shouting & talking so loud. This made our sleep rather difficult to sleep for the 3 nights. We had to move out this hotel asap and we left for good!

J’ai occupé la chambre 225 et j’ai été fortement dérangée par des nuisances sonores très tôt le matin (vers 6h) : Sortie de camions juste sous ma chambre Conversations des chauffeurs Bruits permanents liés aux véhicules Ces désagréments m’ont empêchée de dormir correctement et ont impacté ma journée de formation, ce que je n’attendais absolument pas d’un hôtel de votre standing.
