Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, lovely room, beautiful hotel, great location (close to the town, quiet, close to walking trails, nature reserves, food hubs).

I was initially given the barn room (also beautiful) but it was adjacent to a neighbouring farm warehouse (which was quite busy and noisy in the morning (trucks etc) But when we raised this at reception they swiftly offered to change our room and gave us another beautiful one in the main house which met our expectations (no noise, just great)

"Beautiful hotel"

10.0

Just a one overnight stay at the hotel but a lovely stay it was! It’s a beautiful building both inside and out and has wonderful members of staff. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast spread was impressive, although the restaurant is a squeeze when it gets busy. Great location for visiting Stratford or Alcester and would highly recommend.

I liked the space and the service from the staff.

I didn't like how I was treated. They gave me a room for disabled people where the heating didn't work. I wasn't informed that I would be staying in a room for people with disabilities. And when I asked why that room, the answer was that there weren't any more available. I traveled all the way from London only to be disappointed with the service.

We recently stayed at Billesley Manor to celebrate my birthday. We are a family of 3, with a 9month old. From the moment we booked our last minute stay, we were treated with such a kindness, it felt like we were staying with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who are a credit to the hotel. We loved the setting, fresh breakfast and dining experience. We stayed in the superior barn room, again a delight and plenty of space for a cot. Thank you for making our stay so delightful, even taking a little Billelsey Manor bear away as a souvenir 💕

"Surprisingly excellent"

10.0

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by cheerful and polite staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful, historic Manor House, sympathetically styled with modern conveniences enhancing the old world charm. Well maintained grounds including stunning topiary. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We ate at the restaurant and whoever is chef is a superstar in the making - the best risotto I’ve ever had and at a very reasonable price. We are fussy when it comes to hotels and this one was up there with the best.

I can’t fault it. My only slight issue was having to make a cup of tea at breakfast using a not hot enough jug of water to try and mash tea in a small cup- we like copious rounds of tea with breakfast. However we were provided with pots of tea when we asked and didn’t even have to ask on day 2 - now that is excellent service.
