Sharon Hotel Herzliya

When we arrived we found out that whole hotel was under a massive renovation. I have 2 children and all the rooms were supposed to be non smoking but the rooms smelled like smoke all night. We complained to the manager and she was very rude and said if the smoke was so bad why didn’t you move rooms. Overall a terrible experience. We do no recommend this hotel to anyone.

Undergoing renovation so rooms and amenities (like towels sheets and furnishings) should be upgraded but clean and staff accommodating. Great location.

Setting beautiful though undergoing renovation so leaking water in public spaces. Housekeeping did not consistently change sheets when needed, nor brought towels, water and supplies regularly. Towels were old or even ripped on occasion. However, staff was friendly and accommodating and when rooms are refurbished and repaired, the stay will be even more enjoyable.

I was unaware the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. It did spoil my enjoyment although the staff were very helpful

Its on the beach you can see the sea from your room.

Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Hotel supper not available every night.

Horrible

It is very comfortable. Although the breakfast was vast in some areas it was skimpy, ie, no muesli, and sometimes no oranges. A little cheap.

The Sharon was ok to good. The facilities are old and are being renovated. The room was also ok - nothing special about it. This is a shame as the hotel is in an ideal spot, with gorgeous views and also conveniently located next a square with plenty of restaurants and a great beach. The pool could do with offering more shade and the changing rooms weren’t that well maintained. Breakfast buffet was delicious but very crowded and loud.
