早餐非常好，服務也很有水準，客房寬大豪華，景觀特別棒

客房稍微老舊，空調聲音稍大(空調出口灰塵應該要清一清)，隔音不太好，在浴室或更衣室會聽得到旁邊電梯上下的聲音及人聲

We had the great good fortune of staying at the Excelsior from 17-20 December 2025. A family of eight adults from Australia for our first European Christmas. Beautifully located at the foot of the magnificent Cathedra, this hotel meets the highest standard in every category. Fantastic attentive staff who deliver wonderful service, the rooms that want for nothing and great dining. I did not want to leave.

Die opulente,sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung mit wunderschönen Blumenarrangements hat mir so gut gefallen,dass sie mich über das zwar gute,aber nicht überdurchschnittliche Frühstück mehr als hinweggetröstet hat.Die zuvorkommende Platzierung im Frühstücksdalon hat mir auch gut gefallen.Die Mitarbeiter sind alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage am Dom und zur Tourismuszentrale ist perfekt.

Die Obstauswahl beim Frühstück zum Müsli hätte vielseitiger sein können,auch bei den Säften vermisste ich Karotten- oder Grapefruitsaft auch frisch gepresst.

Hele mooie kamer. Zeer ruim en leuk om te vertoeven. Douche en bad apart is zeker een pluspunt. Lekkere koffie op de kamer en drank in mini-bar was inbegrepen.

Diner in bijhorend "ster" restaurant Hanse Stube en ontbijt niet. Ontbijt was, t.o.v andere hotels waar we al verbleven, zeer beperkt van keuze voor een 5-sterrenhotel te zijn. Niet al het personeel was capabel genoeg om in een 5-sterrenhotel te staan, wat de kwaliteit van het verblijf negatief beïnvloed heeft. Mini-bar mocht wel alcoholische drank bevatten. Was niet het geval. Enkel bier, water en cola.
