The hotel was clean and smell clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and smell clean. My grandson enjoys the pool. The hotel is located a block from the beach.

"Will never stay here again. Dirty room . Unhelpful staff."

Location

We reserved two beds but they gave away our room to someone else and only offered to waive the resort fee. The room was as dirty , candy wrappers and a poop stained towel. Gross!

"Good rooms- better hospitality."

Frances was an exceptionally welcoming and accommodating at guest services. I arrived early and grumpy and she went the extra mile- coming out to the pool to welcome me a short while later That makes all the difference in the world. Ps. Not a bad room in the hotel!

"Great beach location."

Great location only 1 block from nice beach which included chairs and umbrella. In house tour company and Hertz rental. On site restaurant was very good. "free" breakfast was not up to Hampton Inn standards. Room was small and balcony with good ocean view was only big enough to stand on. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance.

"Hidden gem right by the beach"

Experience with this hotel was top notch. Jose checked us in and upgraded us to a great room with an outstanding view based on my status with Hilton. Pool was great. Breakfast was adequate. Location. Was absolutely perfect. Will stay here again!
