Great hotel location and very convenient... Walgreens and wonderful coffee shop on property, beach at corner and bikes provided.staff very accommodating, small issue with AC staff upgraded us and on site pool & adult friendly whirlpool great many food options as on site restaurant a little bit pricey, will return

Just ok, very loud. We stayed here for one night before our cruise. Nice lobby area and friendly front desk staff. Room was clean but far from fancy, not Hilton standards to me. Super loud in room all night long horns beeping, music from somewhere (maybe cars) till past 2 in the morning. Noisy hallways, sound seems to echo if anyone is talking in hall. Pool area very small. Coffee shop is fantastic. Included continental breakfast is a joke and not sure what the soup they called oatmeal even was! Close to lots of restaurants which are walkable. Would not stay here again. Saw a Hilton Garden Inn on way to port which looked nice.

The highlight was Antonio, who went out of his way to help his coworker get coffee set up so I could get some. Needed extra blankets. Ask several people at the front desk where a Catholic Church was that we could go to church and have an English speaking mass, and no one could help us. They did not bother to try to help besides say they weren't sure. Websites were in Spanish, so not easy for us to navigate and they did not offer to help.

Hotel rooms need an update. They are looking dated. Only one working elevator.

We arrived exhausted after being caught in the airspace closure, and our stay at this Hilton in Puerto Rico only added to our stress. Despite raising concerns about the excessive noise and the dirty condition of our room, the towels and linen were dirty, the hotel never offered to move us or clean the room. By the time we noticed the dirty sheets and towels—after checkout and preparing to shower—we were completely drained. Very disappointed that the GM offered only a $120 resort fee credit, which is far below what this experience warranted. We were invited to a day credit since we did not satay in the dirty hotel and had to go somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed and would not stay at this Hilton or any other Hilton property again.

Absolutely loved the hotel, ambience, hospitality and the cleanliness. We booked the ocean view and it was stunning and extremely delightful. The hotel is in great place surrounded by great restaurants and walkable to the beach. Highly recommended hotel!!

Genesis was very gracious and tried to help all the delays.

It took almost two hous to check in. I had a senior and an autistic child with me. There were no towels at our rooms or the pool. The stuff was not aware of the beach club, we almost missed the service. It wad not worth the money.
