Room wasn’t cleaned, tub got backed up after each shower and beds weren’t comfortable

Een paar dingen, dicht in de buurt van DFW, de shuttle naar het vliegveld en de jacuzzi.

Ik vond de prijs wat aan de hoge kant, zeker als ik het vergelijk met fe prijs van een jaar geleden

Location good room was clean

Tv didn't work and nobody bothered to try and fix it while we were there for 2 days. Plugs by bed were shoved into wall or worn out nothing would charge from them. Someone tried to enter our room at 5 in the morning and woke us up because they rented it to someone else after we were checked in then called and woke us up after that to verify we were in the room.

This is a POS! Do NOT stay here. They are completely incompetent. We are diamond members with IHG and request top floor. The last 2 times we’ve stayed at an IHG hotel, we had bottom floor. We say something and nothing changes. I guess we’re moving to Hilton. When you spend 100 nights- at minimum- in one of these hotels, you’d think that would give you priority status.
