Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington North – Stadium Area by IHG

Room is dated but clean. We there for a Rangers game and the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and informative.

The breakfast wasn’t as expected. Very watery eggs. I have stayed at several HIE locations, and the breakfast was a lot left to be desired. The coffee station only had one container of coffee, no choice of decaf or caffeinated. No variation a coffee creamers in the large pumps available, and only two choices of creamer…vanilla and plain. Very disappointed in this as my coffee is one of the most important start to my day.

The manager was very rude to us each time we expressed our needs she said no to every single one of them. The room was not equipped with an ironing board and when we tried to communicate with the staff they couldn’t understand us. The manager wouldn’t change the room we had and we expressed lots of issues instead she walked away from me and said she didn’t have time to talk to me. I felt she racially profiled me and my guest because I watched her treat other guests differently. I still haven’t received my deposit and it has been over a month

Bathroom fixtures with corrosion such as fire sprinkler . Small pool on back of property with decreased visibility . There was a camera which I liked . Breakfast was okay .
