Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington North – Stadium Area by IHG

I can’t say much about the hotel itself, but the night person was horrible. We went to a late football game, when the uber dropped us off it turned out that it was the wrong holiday inn, which we didn’t realize until we were inside and the setup was different. We immediately tried getting another uber, but it was going to be a bit as it was so late. We sat in the lobby waiting and the night guy said he was calling the cops on us. We weren’t being rude or rowdy, but he said we had to go or we’d be arrested. Temp was in the 30s so we asked if we could wait for the uber inside. He again said we’d be arrested if we didn’t leave. Fortunately the uber arrived shortly after. I will never go back. The other holiday inn in Haltom City was great with very nice people.

Room was dirty, phone didn’t work, neither did the a/c /heater system l, kids running and screaming up and down halls until about 2am and the group of parents becoming drunk in the hotel lobby with no front desk person in sight.Could not find any staff members to help. Breakfast was dry and cold shortly after breakfast started and the coffee and juice machine both nonworking. When I voiced my concerns the check out clerk could care less. We will never stay here again
