I have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 months. I have family nearby. The staff are very kind and courteous. The bed is made well and decor is decent. Each time, the floors are so dirty, both in the hallway and room. I could not figure this out. This last time there were crumbs on the bed tables, coffee stains on the coffee counter and excessive debris on the floor. The manager was great about it and sent housekeeping to fix it and moved us to another room. But it too was dirty int he same way, just not as bad. Housekeeping came to our second room too. I think the issue is they use BROOMS to clean the floor, not a vacuum, and most of it is carpet! I have never seen or heard one being used. The dirt is just getting pushed around. I feel bad for the staff, they are nice, but they do not know how to clean the rooms and they need vacuums!
The food was good. Would hqve preferred more fruit options.
The property was dirty, from the downstairs lobby area to the carpets to the rooms. The facility deserves a deep cleaning. We did not have soap in the bathroom. Staff was the best part of the stay, they were kind and resourceful and pleasant

Only issues was all the contruction.. breakfast was amazing.. As well As the lady doing the breakfast.. she was wonderful our whole stay.
I had hair in my bed and I wake up with red bumps on my arms. I’m assuming it was bed bugs
This is the worst Holiday inn express I have stayed in. Room was super clean! And staff member were very good. But a bad smell in the hallway. Walls dirty. And you could tell is an old building that they have only replaced some stuff to make it look nicer but the pictures really fool you.
Overall it was a good stay… I had a bug on my bed …took pictures and showed manager on staff… She said she will pass it to the Head Manager…no response as of yet… a discount or something would have been nice
Overall the stay was fine. However the bathroom door was a barn door and you could hear everything happening in the bathroom. Very little privacy
