Patrick at the front desk was awesome! Hotel itself is getting tired.
It was quiet, front desk was friendly.
The elevator was in poor shape. The sink was partially clogged in it room. And if i wasn't a plumber by trade the toilet would have ran allll night. And it wasn't new because the tank was empty when we got there. And there was mold in the tub. Good customer service can only go do far.
Nice staff clean room
Only issue we had was lack of water flow in bathroom sink. We notified the front desk and they stated another adjacent room had the same issue. They assured us they would correct the problem promptly. Otherwise, very pleased our stay.
We didn’t enjoy this stay because it was impossible to sleep due to that toilet bowl continuously flushing itself every 10minutes! It was late when we checked in and we just wanted a good night sleep but couldn’t due to that issue!
The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast could have been better. Not many choices.
Close to military base
The staff were excellent and polite.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Too busy/ noisy. Shower leaked all over floor
