Spark by Hilton Mechanicsburg

The staff was very courteous.. they even sent me text messages doing my stay to make sure everything was well.

The front desk staff was wonderful! Very friendly. Private feeling location but very convenient to food and there’s a dollar tree right near by. They are in the process of updating the property and our tub was not installed properly it kept shifting as we trying to shower. The beds are a little to firm but otherwise and nice simple room.

I feel like for the price it could be a much better breakfast. It’s just a cold spread.

it was hard to find could not be found by GPS,i had to ask police for directions. need better signs.

Dated bathroom. Low water pressure in shower. Difficult to get to off main road

Clean and friendly

Easy check in, very clean room, comfortable beds, well lit room, all bathroom supplies available. Bagels muffins cereal available for breakfast. Right next to Cracker Barrel which was supper convenient for dinner.

Indoor pool was awesome. The beds were great firmness.

Originally booked a king bed room. Hotel oversold, so was moved to a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the end of the world since it still served its purpose. The TV would not connect to the internet. We could not stream anything. We couldn't see the guide for live tv. We were connected to the Wifi and the Honors Club. It did not get fixed. They talked about moving our room. The hotel clerk was trying to make things ok for us. She really did try and had to go back downstairs to talk to the maintenance again and then come back up with an idea or to move us. We were already settled in this room. We got live tv to work but just had to scroll blind and wait to know what was on. I was ready to relax and get comfortable and didn't want to have to wait around for them to come back at any point later. We just called back down and told her not to worry about moving us we'd just make ot work with the option we had. The hottub was pushing out cold water even when the jets were running

Booked for the pool and they were working on it and storing stuff in there. We had no notification this was going on until check in...we would have cancelled booking if we had known.

Everything was good, friendly and helpful.

Really nice and clean. Breakfast could be improved. Very Basic. Otherwise it was a good stay
