This day has been nothing short of excellent. The only bad thing I have to mention is I almost missed turning into the valet parking. That’s more of a San Francisco thing. It has nothing to do with the hotel. But seriously, this has been such an amazing trip out here I’m not a tourist at all. I’m very familiar with coming out to this city but when you stay at such an amazing hotel that treats you like royalty, it’s nothing less than perfect. From the moment I pulled into the valet, the attendant was super nice, very helpful, super attentive. When I walked into the reception area, I was greeted by the attendant who open the door for me and as well as Joshua, who is at the front desk. He was extremely professional and friendly, and it felt real personal in a great way. He acknowledged my familiarity with staying at the W and also acknowledged the fact that I knew my way around San Francisco. It’s been some time since I’ve been at this hotel, and I’ll definitely make sure I have another stay in the near future..

"Amazing People Make an Amazing Stay"

The W was wonderful but what really made my stay exceptional were the people. JP at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and made sure to help my with my room when there was an issue. He was so empathetic and helped resolve the issue so quickly. Truly, without him, my stay would have been significantly worse and I am so grateful for his help. His professionalism and dedication made such a difference and make me want to stay at the W anytime I come to SF. I would also like to call out the fantastic bar staff because they had to handle a huge convention crowd but they maintained great service throughout.

The property is situated in a safe area, the staff was incredibly welcoming and warm (particularly Josh at the front desk) which made our trip very special. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the view we had from the 28 floor was fantastic!
