The staff was nice and beds were comfy.

Pool was not operational, and elevators from parking garage were broken. Breakfast was not included and not worth the $25 they charge if you do decide to eat at the onsite restaurant.

The lobby was pretty and staff was nice

Once you are passed the lobby the halls look run down carpet was torn in places. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and rooms were on the smaller side. I paid almost $700 for three nights and was very disappointed with everything. The elevator to parking was broken but didn’t know it until we parked and tried to go up (elevators for parking are hidden and they didn’t have signs unless you were in front of it nor did the staff tell you they weren’t working) they were broken my entire stay. Breakfast isn’t free and it was quite expensive. The front desk only tells you the hours they open and close not once did they mention you had to pay for it and the food wasn’t even that good. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. The mini fridge was on the floor in a corner (usually it’s in the dresser or placed under the desk.) even tho I had the AC on it was still blowing hot air as if the heat was on so the room was pretty hot the entire time no matter how low I put it

The hotel needed assistance with cleanliness.

This is my third year staying at this property as part of a room block for an event. I am always so thankful that when I call ahead, Kelvin is willing to assist me with making sure my rooms with my friends are close by each other - this is very important to us! When I arrived, I spoke with Jevonni at the desk about some questions that I had and she was so friendly and kind, it was great to have a lovely human to help out. I ran into Gloria and Claudette in the lobby who helped me locate the coffee and microwaves multiple mornings in the a row and Sonia was so kind in making sure extra pillows and towels were delivered to my room! I also want to give a huge shout out to Richard O and Pino who I spoke to in the elevator - such great folks who were working on an issue, but still very friendly. And finally, a thanks to our banquets team, Ricardo and Steve - I ran into them filling water bubblers many times and it did not go unnoticed.

Honestly, there was not much outside of a comfortable bed

The staff was borderline, rude, many did not speak English, not to say that I don’t understand that, but literally there were points when another staff member had to come over because I didn’t speak Spanish, the hotel is severely outdated, the elevator from the garage to the hotel was broken, it was $50 to pay for two nights at the hotel for parking, booking said there were no surprise fees. There was $100 additional cost for amenities $50 a day. Also, we requested the king junior suite it is literally a standard room with a bathtub in it. It was sizable, but when we went to take the bath when the Jets got turned on black mold, came out of the Jets. It was absolutely disgusting!

Close to my meeting venue

Very old furniture, not clean enough, have hair on the pillow when I arrived in the room. Broken tap accessory in the bathroom. No lamp on the desk. I had requested the staff who was very helpful to move one from another room for me. The breakfast is poor.
