When i booked this hotel breakfast was not included. There wasn't an option for that. 1st day we had the breakfast the waitress we had, was not good, we were totally ignored. Perhaps, she was having a bad day. 2nd day, we had an oriental waitress and it was a night and day difference, she was absolutely amazing despite how busy she was. Our room was very clean and great view from the balcony. Only thing I suggest is changing the hair dryers. Only way to shut it off was to unplug it and if not careful it will burn your hair.

Clean room, great buffet breakfast.

NO microwave in room , the microwave on the 2nd floor turntable did not work and was of poor quality. Elevators were slow and at times did not work.
