The location and the entrance/restaurants.

The view in the room was horrific, the film on the window was peeling, and the roof that the window looked out on was disgusting. The bathroom was so small that it made using the shower almost impossible. Also, if you didn't want to use valet, then you had no choice but to park on the street, which was always packed, or go use the public parking garage across the street.

Walls were thin. Didn’t like the extra facility fee especially since we didn’t use the pool
